Wehde / Tantune productions
In 1943, a few days before the Lebanese independence got written on paper, "the creators" of Lebanon were scurrying to save a detained president and some of his ministers to finally gain their independence from the French mandate. In the meantime, a Lebanese typical man was looking for another “Wehde”. “Wehde” in Arabic means at least two things: girl and national unity. This video is about an imaginary and impossible love story between the Lebanese typical man and his “Wehde”.
